Event T&Cs will be prominently displayed in a pop-out box on the ticket selection page before the customer can begin their order. Customers will then be required to tick a box on the purchase page before they can make payment, acknowledging that they have read the T&Cs.

All tickets are issued as digital mobile tickets and will be available in your approved ticket agent’s app/account. Your ticket agent will provide instruction on how to download your tickets to your smart device.

Tickets will be delivered to your ticket agents app/account no later that 14 days before the date of the event. If your tickets are not visible at least 72 hours before the event, you must contact your ticket agent for further assistance.

If attending as a group booking, the lead purchaser (the person named on the booking) must be present for the whole party to enter the event. The full party must enter the event together.

For tickets to be valid, on arrival at the event the lead purchaser must be able to provide all the following items alongside their ticket(s):

Valid photo ID (in date driving licence or passport only – must be physical ID, no digital copies or photos of ID will be accepted)b. Booking confirmation email

Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the promoters.

Your ticket(s) are sold by the promoters directly to you the consumer.  Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale will be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer.

Your ticket(s) will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold of offered for sale unless the sale is through the official ticket agents fan to fan exchange platform. Tickets sold via third parties, such as Viagogo and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.

Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of 8 per customer.

Only tickets purchased through approved ticket agents are valid for admission. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
