We look forward to welcoming you to watch Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds at Preston Park, Brighton on Friday 31st July 2026. Information regarding accessibility ticket purchases is outlined below. Further details about accessibility entry points, Blue Badge parking, BSL interpreters, assistance dogs and more will be provided closer to the event.

Please note that the facilities outlined here are reserved for customers with permanent or long-term access requirements. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate temporary impairments such as broken bones, short-term injuries, or pregnancy on the viewing platform or in areas designated for accessibility.

Ticket Booking Process – Wheelchair Users and Ambulant Seating

All accessibility and Personal Assistant (PA) tickets must be booked via AXS.com. When purchasing your ticket, you may add one complimentary PA ticket to your order.

Once your booking is complete, you will receive an automated email from AXS requesting supporting documents. Acceptable forms of evidence include:

  • Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • Front page of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letter (any rate)
  • Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (any rate)
  • Certificate of Vision Impairment (CVI)
  • Access Card (also referred to as a CredAbility or Nimbus Card) – with the +1 symbol
  • Evidence of War Disablement Pension

If you do not submit supporting documents within the timeframe indicated in the email (typically at least four (4) weeks before the event), your order may be cancelled.

Space on the wheelchair and ambulant viewing platform is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ticket Booking Process – Standing Accessibility

There will be a dedicated standing accessibility area at ground level, designed for customers who are able to stand but require a safer space away from the main crowds. Please note this area is not on a raised platform.

The same booking process and supporting document requirements outlined above apply. Space in this area is also limited and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ticket Booking Process – General Admission with PA

If you do not require accessibility facilities but do need a PA ticket, please purchase a General Admission or VIP ticket for yourself via AXS.com. Once purchased, complete the AXS Document Collection Form to apply for your complimentary PA ticket. You will be asked to provide one of the accepted supporting documents listed above.

Your application will be reviewed by the AXS team, who aim to respond within three (3) working days.

Alternative Evidence

We recognise that the accepted forms of supporting documents may not cover everyone with access requirements. If you do not hold one of the listed documents but wish to apply for access provisions, please complete the request form explaining your needs. Applications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
